why we procrastinate and how we get unstuck
lars, i have so many ideas but i don't know where to start?!
yes, i know this situation veeery well.
sometimes we are so creative...
but
also so unproductive...
lars, why is that so?!
in theory, we know exactly what to do...
but in practice we...
struggle with our perfectionism.
so, in order not to fail we'd rather not start at all.
but i really want to make my idea a success-what can i be wrong with that?!
you are putting to much pressure on yourself!
but lars, how can i cope with that?!
well our way to deal with that issue is...
one week, one task, no distraction.
and your goal should be to achieve 80% max.
but lars, i have so many tasks to fulfill?!
it's your choice!
focus on one single task to achieve your goal...
or...
do ten things at one time and achieve almost nothing.
but lars, does that really work, i've tried so many methods before?!
same for us we also tried almost everything.
nothing of that really worked...

why not give it a try - you may be astonished how much you can achieve in a week.
and as a positive side effect...
it makes you feel so much more fulfilled when you find out at the end of such a week...
that you finally accomplished a whole task within one week!
something you may not have believed anymore would be achieved in one day.
