Why does your mvp not bring the success you want?
,,Lars, we tried to build mvps, but it wasn't very successful..."
MVP says: Minimum Viable Product, right?
What people get wrong about the concept is...
they focus way too much on the main product feature(s)
,,But Lars, this is exactly what mvp says..."
Is this really so?
or maybe the mvp concept is misunderstood?
Do you know the main problem of even good mvps?
,, Lars, they still have no market success?!"
Exactly.
I've never seen a technical mvp that generated sales...
,, but lars, what goes wrong there?"
It's not primarily about technology!
It's about a compelling product vision.
As soon as you understand the difference.
chances are pretty high that your next idea will become a success.
"But how can i develop a MVP & a great vision?!"
Just try to imagine what the world would look like after....
you have successfully brought your product to market!
,,Lars, can't marketing do that job later?!
Absolutely not!
If you don't have a clear understanding of your vision...
You definitely should not start building it!
We actually reversed the whole process of product development
First we build the product vision
then we build a (visual) prototype
Then we figure out a compelling storytelling approach
